　　起床打扮“衣冠楚楚”，为上公交“如狼似虎”，路上堵车“惨不忍睹”，下得车来“伤筋动骨”!上班族的早上伤不起啊!

　　堵车，几乎是绝大多数居住在大都市的人们都要面对的一种现象。很多人说“我不在堵车中，就在接近堵车的路上。”这可不是说说这么简单。全城热堵、堵梦空间，各个都有大片的范儿啊。但是跟马路较劲得遵循一个原则：路可以堵，心不能堵啊!

　　今天的节目，我们就结合雅思题目【 Describe a time when you were caught in a traffic jam. 】来聊聊大家在堵车的时候如何自如自乐吧!

　　交通堵塞对于每日往返(于城市间)的人们是一个噩梦。　　

To pass the time when traffic is slow, people will do amusing things.

　　For example, taking selfies, appears to be a popular way to kill time.

Waiting in a traffic jam is frustrating and can be stressful.

　　Just imagine:thousands of commuters jam-packed like sardines on the platform waiting for the train.

　　想象一下：成千上万的乘车上班族在等地铁来的站台上像沙丁鱼罐头一样拥挤不堪。

　　When the train comes, people shove to get on the train.

　　当车来了的时候，人们你推我挤争着上车。

　　So waiting during rush hours is really awful, especially in big cities.

　　所以说，在高峰期等车的经历真的很槽糕，尤其是在大城市。
