英文简历无论是在格式上，还是内容选择上，都与中文简历有很大的区别，所以直接把中文简历翻译过来是不行滴……

 今天我们的雅思百科栏目就给大家科普一下，怎样的简历才能独得HR姐姐恩宠。

非特殊岗位的英文简历，一般都是由这些模块构成的。

首先说说关于照片的那些事儿。在英国和美国，默认的做法是简历中不添加照片（靠颜值吃饭的演员例外<(￣︶￣)>），为了让 HR 公平客观地进行选拔嘛。但是在其他国家，一般都是要附照片的，没有照片会显得你不够重视哦。英文简历的照片，和中文简历一样，一般贴在右上角。

下面我们来进入简历的主体部分吧。

 

Heading

这一部分主要是提供个人基本信息：姓名，还有地址、邮箱、电话号码等联络方式。

示例：

Objective

这一部分要阐述你的求职目的，结合个人技能与具体岗位的需求，将字数控制在三行内，做到简短有力。

示例：

Objective: To leverage my 5+ years of client-facing experience, public speaking skills, and expertisein the health care industry into a public relations role with Happy Tree Educational Animations.

 

Education

教育背景一般从大学写起，列出学年，所读专业及学位（学士 / 硕士 / 博士），学校名称，还能够列出你学习的相关课程。

示例：

2013-2017 B.A.Ed. (Bachelor of Arts in Education), The University of Kent

Modules included: Psychology，Creative writing, …

 

Qualifications & Skills

资格和技能既包括某一特定领域的技能证明（如考取的各种专业证书），也包括办公软件使用技能、语言技能和综合技能（创新能力，团队合作能力，等等）。

示例：

Qualifications & Skills

Identification of nucleic acids, protein isolation and separation by gel filtration, molecular modelling and computer analysis of kinetic data

Familiarity with Windows packages including MS Word, MS Access and Internet Explorer; experience of Westlaw and Lexis

Good command of French and German

Work / Research Experience, Extra-Curriculum Activities, Awards

工作 / 科研经历、课外活动和所获奖项，在筛选出与申请职位有关的条目后，按照由近及远的时间顺序（先列最近的，再列以前的），用项目符号排好即可。

Referee

简历中如果附有推荐人和联系方式，雇主很可能会通过邮件或电话联系他们，询问你的学习和工作表现。一般来说需要两位推荐人，一位是学术方面的，例如你的导师、辅导员；另一位是职场人士，可以是你之前的上司。一般而言，留下推荐人的姓名、称谓和联系方式即可。
