Task 2：In developing countries, some people think government should introduce new technology for people in order to improve quality of life, while others believe government should offer free education. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

考题分析：双边探讨，再给出个人观点。注意是发展中国家。一方面，讨论新科技可以让人们的生活更加的方面舒适、并且新科技提高效率让人们从重复的劳动中解放，从而有更多的时间去休闲娱乐。另外一方面，免费教育可以让更多的人受到教育，这样他们可以获得专业知识和实践技能，找到合适的工作过更好的生活；教育可以让人们能够更好的发展，培养各种能力和道德意识，和丰富精神生活。

The best way to solve the environmental problems is to increase the price of fuel. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Some people think children should obey rules and do what the teachers want them to do, others think controlled children are not prepared for children’s adult life in the future. Discuss both sides and give your opinion?

It is generally accepted that families are not as close as they used to be. Give some reasons why this change has happened and suggest how families could be brought closer together. Include any relevant examples from your experience.
