　　The first step is that the solar panel of photovoltaic cells receives and absorbs sun rays. The panel is held by a post that is rooted underground. This is the pivotal part of the entire process. At this point, underground water is sucked up by the pump and goes through a bent pipe to the water tank, which is on the ground.
