    2014年3月8日A类雅思小作文

流程图：compare 3 different recruitment methods。比较3种招聘新员工的方式。

     解题思路：主体段分别将3种方法一一介绍，注意被动语态的使用。种方式是，公司自己打招聘广告，将合适的人选收入short list(供最后挑选用的候选人名单)，然后进行面试，最后被录取者获得职位。第二种方式是，公司在在新闻报纸上做广告，在名单上的候选人分为两组，一组是直接进入面试，被录取者获得职位；一组是进行笔试（test）通过者获得职位。第三种方式是通过招聘中介公司，中介公司通过广告招聘和招聘猎头获得候选人，并由中介出示最后的候选人名单，再通过公司面试者，获得职位。

    2014年3月8日A类雅思大作文解析

    TASK2 ： Some people think young people should be required to have full time education until they are at least 18 years old. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

思路分析：年轻人必须在学校接受全日制学习教育至少到18岁？可以从中学教育的重要性和未成年学生的特质来写，不成熟、分辨是非能力不够--需要学校教育的正确引导，避免误入歧途；另外这个阶段是学习和培养各种能力的时期，应该通过学校教育，充分发挥个人潜能等。如果此时不读书而去工作之类，缺乏专业知识技能，找不到好工作，同时也错过进入高等教育的准备时期。

    2014年3月13日和15日 题型预测如下：

    小作文：重点关注bar/table; 次重点 pie,line；地图和流程分别在3月1日和3月8日已考，希望13/15日不会再考,偶尔也曾出现过某个月连续考3次的情况。

    大作文：教育，职业/生活，政府/社会，科技等话题。

1. Due to the popularity of personalization, some people believe that learning individually is much better than studying in a group. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

2. Some people think the aims of college education are to train well-staffed employees from students. However, others believe the university education will benefit the whole society. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

3. Some people believe that it is illegal to get some money from their salaries monthly. And the government should find other ways to earn money. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

4. The traffic problem in big cities is serious nowadays. Some believe that the reason is lacking effective policies. However, others think that is because no one obeys the rules regularly. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

5. There are too many reports about the details of crimes. Some think they have negative influence on the whole society. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

6. In this society, people would buy something only if they can meet their requirements, so the advertisements have no function of selling but rather they are a form of entertainment. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

7. The damages from the global warming are obvious all around the world. However, few people and countries take any actions on that issue. What are the causes and what measures should be taken to deal with this problem?

8. Some people think that we should protect animals as our friends. However, others believe we should solve our own problems like energy shortage. Discuss both sides and give your own opinion.

9. As an international tourist, one should follow the local traditions when they are abroad. Some think it is a violation for their rights. To what extent do you agree or disagree? What methods should be taken to reduce the conflicts with the local?

10. The competition nowadays is more intensive than ever before. Some people have no time to spend with their friends or relatives because they are tied up with endless jobs. What effects does it have on both families and the whole society?
