2014年6月7日A类雅思小作文

小作文: 柱状图 the chart below shows the aid amount($ billion) that six developed countries gave to developing countries.

 

解题： 先分别分析6个国家从2008年到2010年的援助增减变化情况；再对比6个国家的援助情况，如图可知，USA给予的援助最多，Germany和Japan的趋势一样；Sweden援助最少；UK和Netherland可对比。

2014年6月7日A类雅思大作文解析

Task 2：Some people think that if a police force carries a gun, this can encourage  higher levels of violence in that society. Do you agree or disagree?

 

解题： 题目意思为“有人认为警察配枪激发社会中更多暴力行为，是否认同?”

       同意: 如果警察携带枪支巡逻(be on patrol), 如果失误或者引起冲突，会造成不必要的暴力事件，如shooting，甚至激发felons有impulse去暴力犯罪，从而提高了社会的暴力程度。

  不同意：警察携带枪支可以维护社会稳定  to ensure the public security = stabilize the community，因为这样做可以deter criminals,从而减少暴力犯罪的发生，对于整个社会的暴力程度降低有一定的作用. In order to perfectly fulfill the tasks of protecting citizens it is of great necessity for the cop to carry gun. 

另外，当犯罪发生的时候，警察携带枪支可以射击罪犯，及时的制止犯罪 compel the perpetrators  to surrender ， effectively  put an end to the chaos维护受害者的安全。

 

 2014年6月19,21日题型预测如下：

 小作文：重点关注线图，饼图，流程图（6月份可能会考到）

 

 大作文：重点关注 环境（动物）保护、老龄化、政府职能、传媒、教育、全球化。

 

1.  There are social, medical, and technical problems associated with the use of mobile phones. What forms do they take? Do you agree that the problems outweigh the benefits of mobile phone?

 

2.  Some people believe that advertisements should be banned since they serve no useful purpose and can even be damaging. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

 

3.Many people think it is very important to protect environment but they make no effort to do it themselves. Why does it happen? How to solve this problem?

 

4. Development in technology leads to environmental problems, and some people think that the solution to these problems is for everyone to lead a simpler way of life, while others say that technology can solve these problems. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

 

5. Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? Television has destroyed communication among friends and family. Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.

 

6. Some people believe that teenagers should concentrate on all school subjects. But, others believe that teenagers should focus on the subject that they are best at or that they find the most interest. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

 

7. Rich countries often give financial aid to poor countries, but it does not solve the poverty, so some people think that rich countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than the financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

 

8.  Some people believe that air travel should be restricted because it causes serious pollution and uses up the world fuel resources. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

 

9. In many countries, the proportion of older people is steadily increasing. Does this trend have more positive or negative effects on the society?
