    One energetic person I know is my best friend, Lucy. We met during our first year of university when we were both enrolled in the same English literature class. We instantly clicked because of our shared interest in books and movies, and over time, we became really close friends.
    我认识的一个充满活力的人是我的好朋友露西。我们在大学第一年认识的，当时我们都报了同一门英语文学课。因为我们都喜欢看书和电影，所以我们很快就合得来，后来我们成为了非常亲密的朋友。

    What makes Lucy so energetic is her attitude towards life. She's always on the go, whether it’s keeping up with her academic workload, doing sports, or volunteering at various events. I’ve never seen her sit still for too long. She’s the kind of person who always has a plan for the weekend, like hiking, attending workshops, or exploring new hobbies. Even when she’s tired, she finds the energy to push through and give her best.
    露西这么充满活力的原因在于她对生活的态度。无论是应对学业压力、参加运动，还是做志愿者工作，她总是忙个不停。我从没见过她长时间静止不动。她总是有周末计划，比如去远足、参加工作坊，或者探索新爱好。即使累了，她也能找到动力坚持下去，全力以赴。

    I admire her energy a lot because it’s contagious. Whenever I’m feeling sluggish or unmotivated, spending time with her instantly lifts my spirits. Her enthusiasm makes even the most mundane activities feel exciting. I also think it’s because of her positive mindset – she always looks at the bright side of things and tackles challenges head-on.

    Overall, I feel very lucky to have her as a friend. Her energy inspires me to be more active and proactive in my own life, and I can’t imagine my days without her contagious enthusiasm.
