2013年9月1日托福写作考试特点总结:
独立作文：
话题方面：2013年8月24日题目It is important to have rules about types of clothing that people are allowed to wear to work and school. 2013年8月25日的题目为: Do you agree or disagree: Some scientists are responsible for the negative impacts that are made by their discoveries.。而9月1日出现社会类内容题目可能性很大；在类型方面, 除了agree/Disagree之外，Prefer型题目特点要引起注意。
2013年9月1日托福写作预测如下：
