The best way to reduce air pollution is for government to raise the cost of fuel?

考的是环境类话题的题目，题型属于agree or disagree。

如果选择同意，理由有：首先，增加费用能给人们一定的经济压力，在不必要的情况下减少能源的使用。其次，增加费用也能树立人们保护环境的意识。

如果选择不同意，理由有：首先，增加费用不影响人们对能源的正常使用。其次，增加费用会带来诸多不便。最后，有别的更好的方法可以减少空气污染。

2014年6月29日托福写作考试特点总结:

To remain happy and optimistic when you fail is more important than achieving success.

考的是观念类话题的题目，题型属于agree or disagree。

如果选择同意，理由有：首先，保持愉悦和乐观的心情对一个人的身体健康更重要。其次，乐观和愉悦更能帮助一个人取得长期的成功。

如果选择不同意，理由有：首先，只有取得成就可以给人们带来物质基础。其次，取得成功给人带来的愉悦感更强。
