独立作文：话题方面：

The most important investment for a big company is to improve the efficiency and proficiency of its employees.

考的是金钱类话题，题型属于agree or disagree。

如果选择同意，理由有：提升员工效率和专业度可以增加利润、增强员工的成就感，以及工作满意度。

如果选择不同意，理由有：产品质量、包装设计、广告宣传才是最重要的。
