Agree or disagree: It is more important for universities to spend money on improving facilities (such as library, computer labs, and technology in general) than to spend money on hiring famous teachers

选择同意，理由如下：

1. 完善的设施可以提高学生的学习效率（如图书馆、网络等）

2. 有了先进的科技设备，学生和老师的专业水平更容易得到提升和更新（如做某实验必须的设备）。

 

2015年10月25日托福写作考试特点总结:
