　　【逻辑梳理】这里是说，最高法院确实也有规定，但是，规定不具体，不清晰，这里用的词是：some regulatory authority 一些管理权，但是，具体是什么没有说。这就是主句的那个obscure（模糊的；不清楚的）的意思。这里法律学者也说了，这将是一个核管理权能够扩展到多远的先列。就是说，这个案子将会决定州在核管理上的权限有多大（how far）。

　　这里出现了部分倒装，当虚拟条件句的谓语含有were, had, should时，可将if省略，而将were, had, should提到句首，形成部分倒装。所以这里是这样的：

　　总结：第五段是说，entergy（安特吉）这家公司现在开始叫嚣了，不承认过去的承诺，还找借口说只有最高法院才有权利管它，而且，法律也确实是不清楚的。而且，它的叫嚣可能还会成为考验州是否有明确核管理权的先例。
